 Nathaniel Arcand's career began 14 years ago when he was approached by an agent asking if he had any experience in film or television. Nathaniel eventually landed a role on the TV Series North of 60, which pushed his career forward.
Since then, Nathaniel has acted in TV shows such as Due South, Caitlin's Way, Shoebox Zoo, DaVinci's Inquest, and Incredible Story Studio, to name a few. His recent movies include Elektra, Black Cloud, Gingersnaps Back, The Lone Ranger, American Outlaw, and Grey Owl. Nathaniel trains in various martial arts and is well on his way to becoming the first Native American action star. He recently shot a TV series for the CBC called Northern Town.
When Nathaniel isn't working in front of the camera, he travels to various youth conferences across Canada as a Motivational Speaker. He discusses issues such as health and fitness, drug and alcohol abuse, gangs and violence, and other such community-related concerns. He also facilitates acting workshops and provides information on how to get into the film and television industry.
Nathaniel aspires to become a director in film and television in the future. With that in mind, he started his own production company and is currently working on a few projects. His favorite quotes are…"You get out of life what you put into it.", and also, "I am the power to begin. I am willing to risk the loss of what I have been and grow to what I can become."
