 It wasn't until Grade 10 that Beach, inspired by Johnny Depp in 21 Jump Street, started acting and landing roles in local theatre productions. He landed his first film role in the adaptation of Farley Mowat's Lost In The Barrens (1990) with Graham Greene when he was 16.
He quickly landed small roles in North of 60 (1992) and Cadillac Girls (1993), before landing his first major role in the Disney family film Squanto: A Warrior's Tale (1994). Since then Beach has racked up a busy schedule of roles on TV and in films.
